A boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in primary research and analysis was working with a long-term client. In the past they had been able to meet the needs of the client with little external support. Their client wanted to conduct an on-line survey of their channel partners in order to determine the future direction of their business and marketing efforts. They needed information quickly about certain aspects of their marketing program and needed to reach out to a wide array of partners from across the globe. And, they needed to get the survey results back in less than 4 weeks (and in 4 different languages).
The strategy consulting firm found themselves in uncharted territory as they did not have experience in conducting surveys and needed to find a way to meet the needs of the client and to hold on to the relationship. We quickly worked with them to develop a survey that addressed the objectives specified by their client. We helped them determine the method and process that would help them meet the client’s needs. We worked behind the scenes for the strategy firm in order to develop the survey and compile multiple translated versions that were culturally and linguistically appropriate for their various channel partners around the world. After several revisions, translations, and changes the survey was completed and launched all over the world.

This crucial information allowed them to make critical decisions about future marketing efforts with their channel partners.
