How Does It Work?

Critical Metrics ON DEMAND is a cross between a do-it-your self web survey solution and a full-service survey consulting partner. As a subscriber to this service, you will be able to gather ongoing feedback from your employees and customers over the course of a year. You can create your own surveys or use and/or edit one of our professionally developed survey templates. If you need help creating your survey, analyzing the results or sharing feedback with employees, you may use your consulting credits to gain access to experts to help you do so. You will be able to conduct as many surveys as you wish. Your subscription includes up to 12,000 completed surveys per year (if you exceed 12,000 completed surveys/year, you can purchase additional surveys, see our pricing page for details).

Once you’ve signed up, your basic subscription comes with 10 consulting credits. You can use these credits to have a professional survey expert review your survey, help you write questions, review additional survey related documents (such as communication plans), help you with project management, and guide you through analysis and/or action planning. If you need more credits, you may purchase them when needed.
